It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of yutoto complies with all local, provincial, and national laws and regulations governing online gambling in your jurisdiction. yutoto operates under an international gaming license and does not claim to hold specific Indonesian regulatory approval. To use yutoto services, you must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian KTP national identification card), date of birth, valid email address, Indonesian mobile phone number, and residential address. You may create only one account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts created using false or misleading information are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify yutoto customer support immediately via live chat, WhatsApp, or email at [email protected]. yutoto is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain account security.
yutoto requires all users to complete identity verification before processing withdrawal requests. You must submit a clear, legible photograph of your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) national identification card showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and ID number. Additional documents such as proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) or selfie verification may be requested at yutoto's discretion to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations.
KYC verification is typically completed within 2 to 24 hours during business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 WIB). Incomplete or unclear documents will be rejected, and you will be notified via email with instructions to resubmit. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may have their withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is completed.
yutoto reserves the right to request updated verification documents at any time, including for accounts previously verified, to maintain compliance with regulatory standards. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
yutoto accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI) and e-wallet services (DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja). All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned to the source and potential account suspension.
The minimum single deposit is Rp 10,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier; contact customer support for specific limits applicable to your account. yutoto does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges.
Bank transfer and e-wallet deposits are typically credited to your yutoto account within 1 to 5 minutes after confirmation. If your deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number for manual verification.
You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time via the Responsible Gaming section of your account dashboard. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for 24 hours but may be decreased immediately. For more information, see our Responsible Gaming policy.
You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, provided that: (a) your account has completed KYC verification, (b) you have met all bonus wagering requirements (if applicable), and (c) the funds in your account are from legitimate sources. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and matching the name on your KYC documents.
yutoto processes most withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 2 hours during business hours (Monday to Sunday, 08:00 to 22:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside these hours will be processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours for additional security verification. Large withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000 may require additional verification and processing time.
The minimum single withdrawal is Rp 50,000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by account tier: Silver members may withdraw up to Rp 20,000,000 per day; Gold members up to Rp 50,000,000 per day; Platinum members up to Rp 200,000,000 per day. yutoto does not charge withdrawal fees.
yutoto reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawal requests if we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions. Accounts under investigation may have withdrawals suspended until the investigation is resolved. If your withdrawal is denied, you will be notified via email with an explanation.
yutoto offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free bets, and loyalty rewards. Each bonus is subject to specific terms including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements (turnover), game contribution percentages, maximum bet limits, and expiry dates. All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also called turnover or playthrough requirement) that must be met before bonus funds or winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., "30× bonus" means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount). Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10-20%, and live dealer games 10%. Specific contribution rates are published in the bonus terms.
yutoto employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse including creating multiple accounts to claim repeated bonuses, wagering patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., opposite betting on roulette), and collusion with other players. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, and the account may be permanently closed.
Bonuses and free bets expire if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe (typically 30 days from issuance unless otherwise stated). Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are automatically removed from your account balance.
All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selection, stake amount, and odds before confirming any wager. yutoto is not responsible for user errors in bet placement. In the event of obvious technical errors (e.g., incorrect odds displayed due to system malfunction), yutoto reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
For football betting and other sports markets, all bets are settled based on the official result at the end of regular time unless otherwise specified. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count toward standard match result bets unless explicitly stated. Asian handicap (voor bola) and over/under bets follow standard industry rules. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win; a single losing selection voids the entire parlay. Detailed sport-specific rules are available in the yutoto Rules section.
All live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) are conducted by professional dealers and streamed in real-time. Disconnection during a live game does not void your bet; the hand or round will be completed according to standard game rules, and the result will be credited to your account. Slot games and other RNG (random number generator) games use certified random number generators audited by independent testing laboratories. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published for all games.
The following betting practices are strictly prohibited: (a) collusion with other players, (b) use of automated betting software or bots, (c) exploiting software bugs or system errors, (d) arbitrage betting across multiple platforms, (e) insider trading or use of non-public information in sports betting, and (f) any form of cheating or manipulation. Violation of these rules will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
You may close your yutoto account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance after fulfilling all wagering requirements and obligations will be returned to your registered bank account or e-wallet. Closed accounts cannot be reopened; you must register a new account if you wish to use yutoto services again, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
If you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic, you may request self-exclusion for a period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to log in to your account, deposit funds, or place bets. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed once activated. yutoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time if: (a) you violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions, (b) we suspect fraudulent activity or money laundering, (c) you provide false or misleading information, (d) you are found to be underage, (e) you engage in abusive behavior toward staff or other players, or (f) continued operation of your account would violate applicable law. In the event of account closure for violation, yutoto reserves the right to forfeit all account balances.
While yutoto strives to maintain 99.8% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. yutoto is not liable for losses resulting from scheduled maintenance, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, government restrictions, or cyberattacks.
yutoto integrates third-party game providers, payment processors, and live streaming services. We are not responsible for the performance, accuracy, or availability of third-party services. Disputes regarding third-party services should be directed to the respective provider.
Gambling involves financial risk, and you may lose money. yutoto does not guarantee winnings or profits. You acknowledge that all betting and gaming decisions are made at your own risk, and yutoto is not liable for financial losses incurred through the use of our services.
All content on the yutoto platform including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game interfaces is the intellectual property of yutoto or our licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on yutoto without prior written permission.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which yutoto holds its gaming license. Any disputes arising from or related to your use of yutoto services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

We will attempt to resolve your complaint within 7 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may escalate the matter to our licensing authority or an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service. Material changes will be communicated to you via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before taking effect. Your continued use of yutoto services after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must cease using yutoto and close your account.
